No Mouse On Start Up. Please Help Me

I tried cnt,alt, delete but it originally said that my task manager had been disabled by the manager or something. I typed "explorer.exe" in the box after that, and it worked! Because I thought this might happen again, I went out of my way to buy a portable, rollup keyboard. select the user account that is blacking out after start up. 7.click make changes to my account in pc settings.

I created a new restore point in case it happens again. I cannot see the mouse. I can hear the hard drive, and can see the power button backlights, as well as keyboard backlighting. Guess it's a lot worse than i had hoped...
The keyboard works most of the time, so why doesn't the USB mouse work? When I plug in a USB wireless mouse, the cursor appears and works, just not the touchpad. Thus the touchpad will not work either.In this case the solution is - unfortunately - to plug in an external mouse, then reboot in Safe Mode with Networking.Edit: I see John Helped here for Acer E15 series notebook. maybe in that mode i can get something working through the bluetooth??
