No Display After Restart
Reinstalling the system on my old Barracuda didn't solve the problem so I guess the SSD is not an issue here. Even though the monitor is new (and we can assume the cable is too) you can't assume that the cable doesn't have a short in it.

However the beeps I got then have made it seem more likely there is/was a fault with the processor or/and motherboard. Killed it and booted right up, restart again no display.Tried DPandDVI connections with HP ZR2440W andHP L2205WG monitors + Quadro 2000,NVS 295 and a GTX660 cards in all combinations with same when I power up all fans spin but the gfx card soes something weird.. I forced shutdown the system then I encountered this No Signal on Monitor and keyboard thing.
