The only way to insert the USB is to pull the tower out from under the desk, tip it forward, get a flashlight so you can see the angle of the i mean performance wise?...my dad bought me the same model, bt wil get it oly aftr a mnth....nd as said above, this model seems to be nowhere around, and no reviews....so.... I can make the system "pause" pretty reliably by opening 12-14 or more tabs in Chrome... No discernible pattern, except i use chrome w multiple tabs, video/music playing, etc., so moderate CPU loading.
