It's EAX that makes the subtleties of echoes possible, right? This probably has everything to do with the fact that this particular card has a line in port which is supposed to act as a line out for the center channel. The sound that I can get to come out of the center channel is actually not the correct sound. For over 5 years that SoundBlaster Audigy 2 served me quite well, before it began to decline. I haven't yet made any adjustments to the subwoofer, which is also not producing any sounds during the testing. I am getting sound though.

Have you tried letting WindowsXP install drivers for the sound card rather then using the Turtle Beach drivers? If you're looking to create music on your PC, a microphone input and MIDI port available on the card as well. For my BIOS, the only "sound" entry that I have found is the PC Sound one.
